St Mary's was very pleased to welcome a delegation
from Hubei Normal University in China.
The President of the University Professor Xiang Xianzhi (向显智)
presented Professor Peter Finn with a copy of THE ANALECTS
which is a Confucian classic.
The delegation met with Donna Murray who coordinates the Masters
Degree Programme at St Mary's.
Other members of the delegation were:
Professor Feng Guoxin (Ph. D)(丰国欣), Director
of International Exchange Department, HBNU , Professor Chen Qiang
(陈强), Director of Graduate Department, HBNU and
Professor Li Biwen (Ph. D)(李必文), Director
of Academic Department, HBNU.
The visit was facilitated by Monica H Yang, Senior International
Officer /Country Manager for China (including Hong Kong) from
the International Office at Queen's University.
