Course Information


The Research Committee in St Mary's University College is chaired by Dr Gabrielle Nig Uidhir and has 12 members. It has three scheduled meetings during each academic year and has responsibility for the continual advancement of a research culture within the College to cultivate a community of academic researchers who create the capacity that is commensurate with research informed teaching and learning in a higher education institution. One aspect of this relates to the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2014 and the REF2014 Code of Practice, which outlines the process of the selection of academic staff for REF2014, is available to download by clicking on the link below.
